Customs clearance steps :

Prepare the necessary documents:

1. Commercial Invoice.
2. Certificate of Origin.
3. Packing List.
4. Bill of Lading or Airway Bill.
5. Any additional documents such as special permits for the goods (if required).

Submit the customs declaration:

1. A customs declaration application containing the shipment details is submitted to customs.
2. Determine the appropriate customs tariff (HS Code) to classify the goods.

Customs duties:

1. Determine customs duties based on the value and type of goods.
2. Pay the fees through the customs website https://www.ecustoms.gov.qa

Complete the procedures and deliver the goods:

1. After meeting all requirements and paying the fees, the shipment is released.
2. Delivering goods to the customer via our company's transport vehicles.
